• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.
• Device information: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

• Location data: city, region, or postal-code level information for in-person class discovery. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly use browser location tools.

• Provide, operate, and improve the MeetSkillo platform and services.

• Facilitate communication between students and instructors.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, schedule reminders).

• Instructors: When you enroll in a class, we share your name and contact information with the instructor to facilitate the class.
• Students: When you book a class as an instructor, student enrollment information is shared with you.
• Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google Cloud for hosting, LiveKit for video). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services.
